Sous Vide Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
- One pound of shrimp
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of chopped garlic
- One stick of unsalted butter
- One teaspoon salt
- One teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- One teaspoon Everglades all purpose seasoning
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan, then add garlic. Do not brown the butter keep on medium heat until the mixture is slightly reduced. Like cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add butter mixture to raw shrimp that is in the bag.
- Use a ziplock bag with water displacement method. This prevents the butter mixture being sucked into your sealing machine.
- This is the Everglades Seasoning that I bought off of Amazon.
Finishing Steps
- Pour out of bag onto serving platter, garnish with parsley and fresh cracked pepper.
