  1. Melt butter in saucepan, then add garlic. Do not brown the butter keep on medium heat until the mixture is slightly reduced. Like cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Add butter mixture to raw shrimp that is in the bag.
  3. Use a ziplock bag with water displacement method. This prevents the butter mixture being sucked into your sealing machine.
  4. This is the Everglades Seasoning that I bought off of Amazon.

Finishing Steps

  1. Pour out of bag onto serving platter, garnish with parsley and fresh cracked pepper.
