Put shrimp in frozen. I like shell on shrimp deveined with tail 16-20 Size. Put in a zip lock gallon freezer bag. Add 1/4 of water inside bag. Squirt a little avocado oil or pretty little bit of butter. Add Old Bay Seasoning or Louisiana crawfish boil seasoning l(that’s what I use). to your taste. I would add 1/4 cup if I’m doing one lb. Water immersion technique, use a straw in the corner. To suck out air. Make sure the bag is fully immersed in the water. 30 min raw or 40 minutes frozen.
