  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 138ºF / 58.9ºC
  2. Bag the shrimp naked. Position them so they do not overlap. If you have shells leave them on for more flavour
  3. Sous vide for 30 minutes
  4. Ice shock
  5. De shell if necessary
