- 3 lbs Tiger Shrimp 18/20 count
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 138ºF / 58.9ºC
- Bag the shrimp naked. Position them so they do not overlap. If you have shells leave them on for more flavour
- Sous vide for 30 minutes
- Ice shock
- De shell if necessary
