  1. Sear beef short ribs on a BBQ or grill
  2. In a food processor blend all remaining ingredients apart from the bay leaves
  3. Place short ribs and sauce along with the bay leaves into a vac-bag or ziplock bag and seal (Double bag for extra protection)
  4. Sous vide for 24hrs

Finishing Steps

  1. Drain liquid from the bag and remove bay leaves Save the liquid!
  2. Shredd beef ribs with two forks while still hot
  3. Spoon reserved liquid over beef and serve Enjoy
