- 600gr secreto iberico
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
Directions
- Set the Anova to 57 c
- Season the secreto with salt, pepper and Some garlic. Place in a zipper lock or seal bag.
- Place the bag in the water bath for 3 hours.

- Path dry and sear the secreto brown in a cast iron skillet over high heat or on the bbq
