Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 1/8 cup of sliced white onions
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup whole milk or heavy cream
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Directions
- Whip eggs, milk & seasoning in a bowl. Pour into gallon freezer bag. Cook onions in skillet for about 10 min. Once translucent add spinach and cook for another minute. Add onions/spinach and cheese to bag of eggs. Place bag in water (keep top open and clamp to the side to push air up). Take out every 5-7 min and mix so the eggs cook evenly.
