Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- Minced garlic
- Cilantro
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 75ºC / 167.0ºF
- Add garlic to bowl
- Add cilantro to bowl
- Add 1 teaspoon butter for a fluffier egg (optional)
- Mix well
- Place in bag
- Cook for 20min*
*mixing eggs every 5 mins
*15 for softer eggs
*18 for medium
*20 for well done
Finishing Steps
- Clean bag and recycle at store drop off if using one time bags.
