Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 75ºC / 167.0ºF
  2. Add garlic to bowl
  3. Add cilantro to bowl
  4. Add 1 teaspoon butter for a fluffier egg (optional)
  5. Mix well
  6. Place in bag
  7. Cook for 20min* *mixing eggs every 5 mins *15 for softer eggs *18 for medium *20 for well done

Finishing Steps

  1. Clean bag and recycle at store drop off if using one time bags.
