Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 123.0ºF / 50.6ºC.
- After 40 min. In SousVide , I dried off with Paper Towels, and lightly seared in a Iron Skillet ab 2 min. on each side in a touch of butter.
- They were Delicious.
