  1. Ingredients: 4 Tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce (kecap manis) 2 Tbsp lime juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 4 Tbsp minced shallots 1 red chilli, minced Or 1 tsp chili flakes 1 Tbsp minced ginger 1 lemongrass, minced 1 tsp ground coriander seed 1/2 tsp salt
  2. Cut the tenderloin in pieces, approxx 2-3 cm. Mince the ingredients and add to the tenderloin
  3. Place the mixture in a sous vide bag. Let it marinade for na hour
  4. Prepare the Anova and coock the tenderloin for 90 minutes
  5. When ready, remove the meat from the bag and pat dry. Put the meat on skewers. Heat up a frying pan or a broiler and grill the meat fast in high heat until golden brown. Serve with peanut sauce
