Ingredients
- Porc tenderloin, 600 -800 grams
Directions
- Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 Tbsp minced shallots
1 red chilli, minced Or 1 tsp chili flakes
1 Tbsp minced ginger
1 lemongrass, minced
1 tsp ground coriander seed
1/2 tsp salt
- Cut the tenderloin in pieces, approxx 2-3 cm.
Mince the ingredients and add to the tenderloin
- Place the mixture in a sous vide bag. Let it marinade for na hour
- Prepare the Anova and coock the tenderloin for 90 minutes
- When ready, remove the meat from the bag and pat dry. Put the meat on skewers.
Heat up a frying pan or a broiler and grill the meat fast in high heat until golden brown. Serve with peanut sauce
