Ingredients
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Butter with Salt, Pepper and Basil
- Rump Steak
Directions
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put in a zip lock bag and remove air and seal.
- Fill a saucepan with hot water and bring to temperature of 55C or 131F add the steaks.
- After 45 mins flip the bag over to ensure an even cook
- Remove from bag, dry off and smear with more oil, salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet and sear on high heat for about 1min 30s each side
Serve immediately with the extra garlic butter. This is made by melting butter for 1min 30s in microwave. Add salt pepper and basil to taste and drizzle over the steak.
