Ingredients
- Rump Roast
- Season salt
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- Lite Soy sauce
- Worcheshire sauce
- Garlic cloves
Directions
- Stuffed garlic cloves under strings on meat
- Sprinkle with salts and pepper
- Drizzle sauces and rub
- Place inside two ziplock bags and submerge
Finishing Steps
- Once finished lightly rub outside with olive oil and brown each side in a pan. Let rest a few minutes before slicing.
