  1. Heat rosin on plates inside glass jar sealed tight 165F for 40 mins. Have sous vide pre warmed to 106. Vacuum seal with a magnet under the jar, and connect another magnet on the outside bottom of your sous vide. Keep container flat and right side up at all times.

Finishing Steps

  1. Open bag but keep jar sealed. Refrigerate 1-3 days without opening the jar at all ( as soon as the jar is opened the pressure is released. When it is released the process stops.)
