Roasting Chicken (deboned)

Aldi Australia makes a delicious marinated deboned chicken (~1.1 kg) that is perfect for dinner then lunch meat!

Ingredients

• Roasting chicken - Aldi (1kg, deboned)

Directions

1. Package the chicken in a bag
2. Put into bath, let Anova do its thing
3. Pull, pat dry, and get the BBQ ready!

Finishing Steps

1. BBQ each side on the highest heat possible, 4 mins per side (x 4 sides)
2. Pull from BBQ and let it cool down 20 minutes to stop cooking
3. Remove strings and serve
