Ingredients
- Joint of beef
- Salt, pepper and powdered mustard, red wine.
Directions
- Make a paste with salt, course ground black pepper, mustard powder and a little red wine or port.
- Spread the paste on all surfaces of the joint.
- Seal the joint into a bag
- Set temperature to 150 degrees and the time for 25 hours
Finishing Steps
- Remove from sealed bag. Reserve any juices for gravy
- Place joint into oven at 190 degrees fir about 15 minutes to brown
