Roast baby potatoes

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb baby potatoes
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp spicy chili crisp oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and vacuum seal. Sous Vide at 185 degrees for one hour. After it has finished, open bag and empty contents onto a foil lined baking sheet. Put under broiler for 3-5 minutes, stirring around as necessary. Enjoy!
