Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Arborio Rice
- 4 1/2 Chicken stock
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194.0ºF / 90.0ºC.
- Add all ingredients to ziploc bag. Place in water bath. Squish bag to stir every ten to fifteen minutes. Enjoy
