Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
  2. Remove Silver Skin with knife
  3. Pat ribs dry with paper towel
  4. Generously coat ribs with rub, salt and pepper
  5. Add 5 to 7 drops of liquid smoke to each vacuum seal bag
  6. Place in vacuum seal bag
  7. Place ribs in Anova cooker for 12 hours

Grill (gas)

  1. After 12 hours remove ribs pat dry with paper towel and generously coat ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce.. place ribs on a pre heated 350 degree grill for 15 to 20 mins each side. (charcoal or gas)
  2. Remove Ribs and chow down!!!
