Ingredients
- Baby backs (2 Racks)
- Store bought rub (McCormick) Grill Mates “Brown Sugar Bourbon Rub
- Liquid Smoke
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
- Remove Silver Skin with knife
- Pat ribs dry with paper towel
- Generously coat ribs with rub, salt and pepper
- Add 5 to 7 drops of liquid smoke to each vacuum seal bag
- Place in vacuum seal bag
- Place ribs in Anova cooker for 12 hours
Grill (gas)
- After 12 hours remove ribs pat dry with paper towel and generously coat ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce.. place ribs on a pre heated 350 degree grill for 15 to 20 mins each side. (charcoal or gas)
- Remove Ribs and chow down!!!
