Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
- Rub ribs with favorite rub and vacuSeal and drop in Sous vide
Broil
- Paint with sauce & broil for 10 minutes. Paint again, broil for 5 more minutes.
