- Vac psck
- Cook in Susie
- Rest in bag, unopened, for 30 minutes.
- Open bag and pat dry, season again with police oil and Montreal seasoning.
- Grill on HOT bbq, 2 minutes each side, then rest for 20 minutes, wrapped in foil
- Serve with a knob of butter.
