  1. Rub with olive oil and Montreal seadoning
  2. Vac psck
  3. Cook in Susie
  4. Rest in bag, unopened, for 30 minutes.
  5. Open bag and pat dry, season again with police oil and Montreal seasoning.
  6. Grill on HOT bbq, 2 minutes each side, then rest for 20 minutes, wrapped in foil
  7. Serve with a knob of butter.
