Ingredients
- 2cm ribeye fillet
- Himalayan pink salt
- Freshly grounded black pepper
- Canola oil
- Fresh thyme
- Unsalted butter
Directions
- Rub with canola oil, Himalayan pink salt, freshly ground black pepper.
Add in bags with thyme and butter.
Vacuum sealed.
Finishing Steps
- Cast iron skillet - sear for 1 minute each side.
Optionally do a Mayo rub, will bring absolutely different flavors
