Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 142.0ºF / 61.1ºC.
  2. Rub steaks with 1 TBS black truffle oil
  3. Season with steak seasoning
  4. Vacuum seal or place steaks in ziplock bag, remove as much air as possible
  5. Cool in bath for 90 minutes at 142 for medium steaks

Stovetop Cast Iron Skillet

  1. Heat iron skillet and olive oil on medium high
  2. Add butter
  3. Add steaks and sear 60-90 seconds per side, basting with the hot butter with spoon
