Ingredients
- Ribeye cap steaks
- Steak seasoning
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Black truffle oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 142.0ºF / 61.1ºC.
- Rub steaks with 1 TBS black truffle oil
- Season with steak seasoning
- Vacuum seal or place steaks in ziplock bag, remove as much air as possible
- Cool in bath for 90 minutes at 142 for medium steaks
Stovetop Cast Iron Skillet
- Heat iron skillet and olive oil on medium high
- Add butter
- Add steaks and sear 60-90 seconds per side, basting with the hot butter with spoon
