Boneless Rib Steak marinated with any dry rub of your choosing. I used 14 Spice Dry Rub on this steak.

Directions

  1. Defrost if frozen. Set Anova for the temperature and time you need for the doneness you are looking for. I have mine set at 133.5F and 45 minutes. This will finish the steak at medium doneness.
  2. If you are not ready when the steak the timer goes off simply leave the steak in the water bath. It will not overcook.
  3. Heat cast iron pan with canola oil, butter and sliced garlic until just smoking. Remove garlic before it starts to burn.

Finishing Steps

  1. Take steaks out of bag(s) and dry with paper towels. Once dry sear in heated pan or on BBQ 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
