Boneless Rib Steak marinated with any dry rub of your choosing. I used 14 Spice Dry Rub on this steak.

Directions
- Defrost if frozen. Set Anova for the temperature and time you need for the doneness you are looking for. I have mine set at 133.5F and 45 minutes. This will finish the steak at medium doneness.
- If you are not ready when the steak the timer goes off simply leave the steak in the water bath. It will not overcook.
- Heat cast iron pan with canola oil, butter and sliced garlic until just smoking. Remove garlic before it starts to burn.
Finishing Steps
- Take steaks out of bag(s) and dry with paper towels.
Once dry sear in heated pan or on BBQ 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
