Ingredients
- 1 lb. Rib Eye Steak
- Fresh rosemary
- Crushed garlic, 1 per piece
- Salt and pepper
- Melted butter, 1 T per piece
Directions
- Put half the rosemary, butter, and garlic on the pieces of meat. Sprinkle with salt pepper.
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
Grill
- Put the pieces for 2 minutes each side on the grill.
- Melt the butter with the remaining rosemary (crushed), garlic, and salt. Put as sauce after grill.
