Ingredients
- Venison rack with ribs attached
- Salt
- Thyme
- Pepper
- Pork rinds
- Oregano
- Dijon mustard
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129.0ºF / 53.9ºC.
- Season the rack with salt, pepper, thyme and vacuum seal.
- Cook for 1 hour.
Coat And Broil
- Place one cup of pork rinds in a plastic bag and crush.
- Add salt, pepper,thyme and oregano to the crushed pork rinds.
- Coat the roast with Dijon mustard and roll in the seasoned pork rinds.
- Place under the broiler for 5 minutes per side or until browned.
- Slice and serve
