Ingredients
- 650g Rack of Lamb
- Sea Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Rosemary
- BBQ Sauce
- Mint sauce
- Olive oil
- Butter
Directions
- Season the meat with salt, black pepper, garlic powder
Rub a bit of BBQ sauce to give the meat Smokey flavor
- Put the seasoned meat in a vacuum bag and dip in hot water bath
Finishing Steps
- Sear each side in olive Oil , 1 min each side
Baste each side in butter, for another minute
- Cut and Put a dash of mint sauce
