  1. Dissolve 1/4 of Rennet tablet on distilled water
  2. Set Anova to 96F 36C, for 45 min
  3. Pour the milk on a pan and wait until Anova reaches the temperature
  4. Insert milk pan on Anova recipient and adjust temperature to increase to 97
  5. Pour the dissolved rennet on milk and stir. Add 1tbs of salt
  6. Wait for 35 minutes and stir again. The mass will precipitate and the whey will come to top
  7. Move the mass to a mold and press to remove the excess whey. Put the mold to rest for 1/2 day on refrigerator inside a pan as it is going to release whey
  8. Discard the whey, remove cheese from mold and it’s ready.
