Ingredients
- 1 7-9 lb pork shoulder
- Dry rub of your choice
Directions
- Rub butt and vacuum seal in bag.
- Cook in sous vide at 165 for 24 hours.
- Put on smoker at 300 degrees with heavy smoke until internal temp gets to 200 degrees.
