Pudim/Flan of condensed milk!!

Temperature : 176F / 80C

Ingredients

• 395g condensed milk
• 395g evaporated milk
• 3 whole eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 1tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Mixed all ingredients together.
2. Pass through a sieve to remove any lumps.
3. Put in 200ml jars and intro the hot bath.

Finishing Steps

1. Let cool down for at least 4 hours.
