- Ground pepper
- Garlic powder
- Mayonnaise
Directions
- Liberally season, bag
- Soak for 8 hours
Finishing Steps
- Lightly coat with mayonnaise
- Sear on grill with torch, 45 or so seconds per side
- Slice
- Serve
