Ingredients
- Prime rib roast
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Butter
Directions
- Clear the bones from meat. Don’t throw it out you can make excellent burgers from it.
- Mix garlic and olive oil together and grease the meat.
- Mix salt pepper and paprika and cover the meet.
- Cover bones with butcher paper then vacum bag it then cook it for 6 hours 137F .
- Remove it from bag pet it dry and then sear the rib.
I prefer to do it on the grill. 5-10 minutes flip it around so all sides have a nice crust.
- Mix butter and parsley and spread it on the meet. Then cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- You are ready to serve. Cut it up for even slices.
We had sweet potatoes and peas pure as a side.
