Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
  2. Cut bone from roast and season all areas of bone and roast
  3. Tie roast and bone back together, then vacuum seal
  4. Let rest in fridge for 24 hrs
  5. Cook in sous vide at 140 for 6 hrs
  6. Remove from bag, pat dry, and let rest for 30 mins

  1. Preheat over to 450
  2. Baste with butter and chopped garlic
  3. Put roast in over for 15-20 mins until brown and seared.
