Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Rosemary
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Cut bone from roast and season all areas of bone and roast
- Tie roast and bone back together, then vacuum seal
- Let rest in fridge for 24 hrs
- Cook in sous vide at 140 for 6 hrs
- Remove from bag, pat dry, and let rest for 30 mins
- Preheat over to 450
- Baste with butter and chopped garlic
- Put roast in over for 15-20 mins until brown and seared.
