Prime Rib Roast 
Cook a whole PRR 13# to rare and medium for different desires

Ingredients
		- Prime Rib Roast
 
		- Salt and pepper to test
 
		- Rosemary 
 
		- Garlic
 
	
Directions
		- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
 
		- Cut roast into 2 pieces to suit doneness split. We did 2/3 for rare and 1/3 for medium 
 
		- Rub spices onto meat.  
Make small holes in roasts and insert garlic slivers. Bag up
 
		- Bath for 10-12 hours. 
 
		- Save any juices for ajus. 
 
		
		
	
Grill Finish
				- Take “medium” piece and sear all sides on grill. Let cook for 15 minutes total. Move to indirect heat area of grill
 
					- Repeat searing for “rare” piece. Pull both pieces and place on cutting boards. Let rest for 10 minutes. 
 
					- Carve and serve
