- Set ANOVA Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 141°F/60°C.
- Season roast liberally and place in a vacuum bag or ziplock bag (make sure to remove all the air).
- Place roast in Sous Vide bath and cook for 7 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Remove roast from water and pat dry.
- Set Oven to 400°F/204°C. Rub olive oil or spray pam all over roast
- Place roast in oven and cook for 20 minutes to get that exterior crispness.
