  2. Put in SV for 6 hrs. Salt & Pepper (After) S.V. For 6 Hrs. ( I Sprinkled with Flake Salt & Pepper AFTER I SEARED WITH IWATANI TORCH BECAUSE AS U TORCH Prime Rib, THE FLAKE SALT WANTS TO SPARK OFF OF MEAT. So U can put UR SEASONINGS on BE4 cooking it the 6 hrs. Then U can Sprinkle the Flake Salt
