Ingredients
- 1/2 glass of Port wine
- Spoon of brown sugar
- Teaspoon of honey
- Vanilla ice cream
- 2 pears
Directions
- Peel the pairs, drop into the bag, add ingredients, seal, and let the anova do it's thing.
Finishing Steps
- Pour the remaining liquid of the bag into a pot and reduce the sauce until it thickens enough to pour over the pears.
