Pouched Pears with Port

Ingredients

• 1/2 glass of Port wine
• Spoon of brown sugar
• Teaspoon of honey
• Vanilla ice cream
• 2 pears

Directions

1. Peel the pairs, drop into the bag, add ingredients, seal, and let the anova do it's thing.

Finishing Steps

1. Pour the remaining liquid of the bag into a pot and reduce the sauce until it thickens enough to pour over the pears.
