Apple crumble
Super easy to do and can be done before enjoying the meal and left to prepare after in no time.
Best served with a glass of Port wine.

Ingredients
- 2 apples
- Brown sugar
- Teaspoon of honey
- 50 grams butter
- 50 grams flour
- 50 grams of sugar
- Vanilla ice cream
- Cinnamon stick.
Directions
- Peel the apples and cut in slices. Add into the bag along with a just a bit of sugar and a stick of cinnamon. Make sure the Apple pieces are well spread throughout the bag when sealing. Into the water for two hours.
- For the crumble:
Same quantity for three ingredients: sugar, butter, flour. 50g each enough for six servings.
Mix together and place over cooking paper forming small balls. Into preheated oven 180° and after 6 minutes take out and start braking them with a fork. Into the oven six more minutes. Remove the tray and end the braking process with the fork. Once cooled keep on a tupper with kitchen paper below and above and close it.
Finishing Steps
- In a glass (I used a Martini glass) place a layer of apple, follow with a layer of crumble and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or custard.
