- Egg
- Cottage Cheese
- Cream or Cream Cheese
- Addtional: Bacon, Sausage, Beans, etc.
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 85ºC / 185.0ºF
- Blend eggs and cottage cheese
- Fill pot and add other ingredients
- Top pot with some grated cheese
- After 30 mins, remove from water bath.
