  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194ºF / 90.0ºC
  2. Warm SV to 194*F
  3. Place potatoes, thyme, broth and 1/4 teaspoon salt to SV bag and seal
  4. Cook for 75 mins

  1. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil to skillet. Add pnion and cook until softened.
  2. Add sugar, stir until dissolved.
