- 1 Kg Porterhouse Steak
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh Thyme sprigs
Directions
- Generously season with salt and pepper and add the thyme sprigs
- Vacuumise and double bag in case the nine should pierce the bag.
- Either sear in a cast iron skillet with butter or finish on the grill
