Ingredients

• 1 Kg Porterhouse Steak
• Salt & Pepper
• Fresh Thyme sprigs

Directions

1. Generously season with salt and pepper and add the thyme sprigs
2. Vacuumise and double bag in case the nine should pierce the bag.
3. Either sear in a cast iron skillet with butter or finish on the grill
