- 2 whole pork tenderloin
- Magic Dust Rub
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup cumin
- 2Tbsp Ground Mustard
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 2Tbsp black pepper
- 1Tbsp onion powder
- 1Tbsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Injection marinade
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2Tbsp worcheshire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2Tbsp of Magic Dust
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
Cast Iron Skillet
- Heat cast iron skillet to high heat, coat with canola oil until pan lightly smokes
- Add tenderloins, searing all sides, approximately 1 minute each side
