Ingredients
- 1# Pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
- Assorted herbs, rosemary, parsley, thyme,
- Garlic paste
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135ºF / 57.2ºC
- rubs the tenderloin all over with about 1 teaspoon of garlic paste. This helps the seasoning salt to stick better. Add the seasoning salt all over the pork tenderloin.
- Insert in a food saver bags or Ziploc. Add herbs
- Seal and add to the water bath when it reaches temp

- Remove tenderloin from the bag. Discard herbs.
- Blot well with paper towels.
- Heat a cast-iron pan over medium high heat Until it’s screaming hot.
- Add about a tablespoon of clarified butter and brown the tenderloin on each side for about a minute.
- Remove from the pan and let it rest for at least five minutes.
- Pour The butter sauce over the pork tenderloin if desired. Slice and serve.
