  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135ºF / 57.2ºC
  2. rubs the tenderloin all over with about 1 teaspoon of garlic paste. This helps the seasoning salt to stick better. Add the seasoning salt all over the pork tenderloin.
  3. Insert in a food saver bags or Ziploc. Add herbs
  4. Seal and add to the water bath when it reaches temp

  1. Remove tenderloin from the bag. Discard herbs.
  2. Blot well with paper towels.
  3. Heat a cast-iron pan over medium high heat Until it’s screaming hot.
  4. Add about a tablespoon of clarified butter and brown the tenderloin on each side for about a minute.
  5. Remove from the pan and let it rest for at least five minutes.
  6. Pour The butter sauce over the pork tenderloin if desired. Slice and serve.
