- 1 Tbs oil
- Ground rosemary
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
- Season pork with all spices
- Add pork to bag and add oil
- Seal bag, immersion technique
Sear
- Pat dry
- Sear in a hot pan on all sides
- Rest and serve
