  1. Remove silver skin and pat dry
  2. Brush pork with avocado oil
  3. Add 1 tsp of granulated garlic
  4. Sprinkle both sides with smoked paprika
  5. Add 3 dashes of liquid smoke to the bag
  6. Vacuum Seal the bag
  7. Place in your hot water bath @ 138 degrees and pull in 2:30 minutes
  8. Brown to your taste. Grill, skillet? Careful do not over cook, just a quick addition of color.
