Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs Cleaned pork tenderloin
- Granular garlic
- Smoked paprika
- Fresh sprig of rosemary
- Avocado oil
Directions
- Remove silver skin and pat dry
- Brush pork with avocado oil
- Add 1 tsp of granulated garlic
- Sprinkle both sides with smoked paprika
- Add 3 dashes of liquid smoke to the bag
- Vacuum Seal the bag
- Place in your hot water bath @ 138 degrees and pull in 2:30 minutes
- Brown to your taste. Grill, skillet?
Careful do not over cook, just a quick addition of color.
