• Costco spork Sirloin Tip Roast 1lb (comes in package of 3)

Directions

1. Bag. Put in 12 quart water Anova bath at about 80 deg from faucet. 45 min till gets to 140. Then 3 hours swim time. Total time is closer to 4 hours.

1. Season and pan sear or grill at high heat to brown.
