Ingredients
- Pork shoulder roast sliced 1”thick
- Favorite rub - meat church holy gospel
- Liquid smoke
Directions
- Slice and rub. Can use olive oil or mustard as base before rub
- Smoke with apple chips unti internal temp of 145
- Remove from smoke, rerub, bag, tablespoon liquid smoke
- 145/6 hours in sous vide
Finishing Steps
- Finish on high heat bbq, sauce and serve or skip sauce if desired.
