Directions

  1. Slice and rub. Can use olive oil or mustard as base before rub
  2. Smoke with apple chips unti internal temp of 145
  3. Remove from smoke, rerub, bag, tablespoon liquid smoke
  4. 145/6 hours in sous vide

Finishing Steps

  1. Finish on high heat bbq, sauce and serve or skip sauce if desired.
