  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC
  2. Cover roast in garlic, pepper and salt.
  3. Seal in the bag & submerge in the water.
  4. Allow pork to rest for 15 mins after cooking.

  1. Melt 1/4 cup butter & add 1:4 cup flour to make a roux in a sauce pan.
  2. Add liquid from roast to sauce pan. Add 1/4 cup of wine, ACV or balsamic vinegar. Reduce & allow to thicken.
  3. Serve gravy over sliced pork
