Ingredients
- 15 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 T salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup A.P. Flour
- 1/4 cup of wine, ACV or balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC
- Cover roast in garlic, pepper and salt.
- Seal in the bag & submerge in the water.
- Allow pork to rest for 15 mins after cooking.

- Melt 1/4 cup butter & add 1:4 cup flour to make a roux in a sauce pan.
- Add liquid from roast to sauce pan. Add 1/4 cup of wine, ACV or balsamic vinegar. Reduce & allow to thicken.
- Serve gravy over sliced pork
