Ingredients
- 1- TBL salt
- 1- tsp black pepper
- 3- TBL brown sugar
- 2- tsp chili powder
- 1- tsp garlic powder
- Oil as needed
Directions
- 1 take membrane off the ribs.
2- add the oil then rub the ribs with seasoning and let rest for 30-1 hour.
3- cut ribs into 3 bone slabs.
4- seal each one.
5- heat bath to 165F and cook for 12 hours.
Once ready, add bbq sauce and heat in the oven 350F for 3 min.
Serve.
