This is a spicy and sweet version of a great cut of pork. Adjust your spices to what you like/don’t like.

Directions

  1. Season Pork Loin with 1 Tblsp Kosher Salt, 1 Tsp Red Pepper, Italian Seasoning and Black Pepper. 3 Tblsp‘s Olive Oil into cooking bag. Place Pork into bag. Drizzle 1/2 tsp Balsamic vinegar on top of Pork. Drizzle 1 Tblsp Olive Oil over pork.
  2. Bring water bath up to temp and submerge bag with Pork and set timer for 6 hours.
  3. Right before 6 hours are up move oven rack to middle section of oven preheat oven Broil feature amount of time will depend on your oven. Dice onion and place in bottom of Roaster/Dish. Sprinkle remaining Salt, Red pepper and then drizzle remaining Balsamic and some Olive Oil.
  4. Remove Pork from water. Using Tongs take roast from bag a lay on top of Onion bed in Roaster/Dish. Place in oven and cook till just browned. For my oven it was 8mins.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove from oven and let rest for 8mins+. Carve/Serve/Enjoy
