Ingredients
- Salt 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar 1/4 cup
- Paprika 1/4 cup
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Onion powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- 4 or 5 medium size pork Knuckles
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167.0ºF / 75.0ºC.
- Add the mix to the pork Knuckles
- After cooking for 24 hours, sprinkle salt on the skin and leave it in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours to make the skin crisp
- Roast it in the oven for 1 hour
Oven
- Roast in the oven at 400 f for 1 hour to make the skin crispy
