Pork filet in special marinade

Ingredients
- Pork filet 1 pack ( 870g )
- Worcester sauce 1Tbsp
- Hoisin marinade 1 Tbsp
- Olive oil 1 Tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 Tbsp
- Tabasco sauce 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 pinch
- Khmeli suneli 1 pinch
- Salt 1/2 tsp ( optional )
- Liquid smoke 1/4 tsp ( optional )
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together and make sure filet well covered in the marinade.
Place filet unto bag and vacuum seal ( don't add any marinade left ).
Cook at 145F for 3 hours.
Remove and let it rest in the bag for 15 minutes.
Finishing Steps
- Grill filet on the high heat busting it with butter to create nice crust but don't overcook it.
Or just use blowtorch.
